Colleen Faber serves as Executive Director of Accounting & Financial Operations, bringing over 40 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and retail.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has built her career on a foundation of disciplined financial oversight, operational insight, and practical, hands-on execution. Over the course of more than two decades as an accounting systems consultant, Colleen has advised and supported businesses in establishing, optimizing, and maintaining their financial infrastructure.

Colleen has extensive experience with enterprise accounting systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, and has led numerous implementations and system improvements designed to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline operations, and strengthen internal controls. Her expertise spans full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and the development of scalable financial processes that support organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Colleen has served in senior financial leadership roles, including as Chief Financial Officer for multiple organizations. In these roles, she has been responsible for overseeing financial operations, guiding strategic financial planning, and ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial information used in executive decision-making.
