Jennifer Ellen serves as Business Broker Territory Liaison and Trainer at Phoenix Capital Solutions, one of the professionals leading the firm's business broker relationships at the market level. Her responsibilities span broker recruitment, onboarding, training, and deal-level liaison work — serving as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers from the moment a deal is submitted through closing and into the active portfolio management phase.

Jennifer is a driven and accomplished business executive with more than twenty-five years of management, marketing, public relations, and business development experience across financial services and adjacent industries. She spent eleven years at Pillar Financial and Pillar Advisor, one of the country's prominent independent financial advisory organizations, where she held progressively senior roles including Vice President, Director of Operations, Director of Education, and Director of Events. In those capacities she built and managed field teams, developed and delivered training programs for advisors and support staff, managed client and advisor relationships across multiple markets, and designed and executed business development and marketing strategies. Her tenure at Pillar Financial is the professional experience most directly parallel to what the Business Broker Territory Liaison and Trainer role at Phoenix Capital requires.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer founded and operated a portfolio of entrepreneurial ventures over a fourteen-year period, including The Event Gallery — a company producing wedding, social, and corporate events — Illuminate, a female social enterprise in Chicago focused on philanthropic community leadership, Eye Candy Favors, a luxury experiential brand for social events, and Leverage Coach, a business branding and executive development practice. She also served as a Licensed Broker and Sales Trainer at Coldwell Banker, where she gained direct experience in the real estate brokerage environment that many business brokers came from or operate adjacent to.

More recently, Jennifer has served as Executive Marketing Director and Creative Director at Reliable High Performance Products, where her responsibilities span lead generation, event production, creative direction across all social media and digital platforms, manufacturer relationship management, trade show strategy, and P&L oversight for marketing operations. Her role has included managing a 178-page catalog production and overseeing the sales team's tools, resources, and pipeline development — reflecting the operational breadth and senior-level accountability that defines her professional approach.
