Operations, Workforce & Information Systems Lead

Jeremiah Faber serves as Operations, Workforce, and Information Systems Lead at Phoenix Capital Solutions, holding executive responsibility for the design, implementation, and management of the firm's operational infrastructure — including technology systems, workflow processes, and workforce strategy. His role sits at the intersection of three functions that are individually critical and most powerful when unified: technology, operations, and people.

Jeremiah began his professional career in the technology sector, where he spent over fifteen years building and leading software development and infrastructure teams across industries including construction, aviation, and healthcare. During that period he developed deep expertise in systems architecture, software development lifecycle management, and the integration of technology into the operational fabric of organizations at different stages of growth. His technical background is not theoretical — it was built through direct leadership of development teams, hands-on infrastructure decisions, and the practical experience of deploying systems that real organizations depend on to operate.

Following his technology career, Jeremiah founded and operated a staffing and recruiting business for fifteen years, serving hundreds of client organizations across the United States. His firm handled temporary staffing, direct placement, and complex hard-to-fill searches across a broad range of professional disciplines. Managing a staffing business at that scale required the simultaneous management of client relationships, workforce supply chains, recruiter performance, and operational systems — all under the constant pressure of client timelines and candidate availability.

The combination of these two careers — technology leadership and workforce operations — positions Jeremiah uniquely within Phoenix Capital's executive team. His technology background informs how the firm builds its systems infrastructure, from the department-specific standalone platforms in the founding phase to the eventual integrated platform that will connect operations across all departments. His workforce and operational background informs how the firm recruits, onboards, and structures its contractor team, and how processes are documented and managed to support consistent execution as the organization scales.

At Phoenix Capital, Jeremiah's mandate is to ensure that the firm's technology, workflows, and people all operate together as a unified, disciplined system. For clients and partners interacting with Phoenix Capital, this translates to a consistently professional experience: files that are organized and accessible, processes that are followed reliably, and an organization that operates with the kind of structural clarity that institutional-grade operations require.
