With more than 25 years of experience across real estate, brokerage leadership, and B2B financial services, Julie understands both sides of the transaction—how brokers operate and how business owners evaluate opportunities. Early in her career, she earned Rookie of the Year recognition, closing more than $13 million in volume, and went on to serve as a Managing Broker overseeing more than 120 agents across two offices.
At Phoenix Capital Solutions, Julie partners with brokers from the very beginning—supporting onboarding, providing deal-level guidance, and staying actively involved through closing and into the life of the portfolio. She is known for being accessible, responsive, and solution-oriented, helping brokers keep deals moving while maintaining strong client relationships.
Her background in financial services, working directly with business owners and financial decision-makers, allows her to clearly communicate the value of seller financing in practical, real-world terms. She understands how deals are evaluated, where they stall, and what it takes to move them forward.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Marketing and German, along with a Digital Marketing Certification from Cornell University.
