Marty Montes serves as Senior Financial Analyst at Phoenix Capital Solutions. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Arizona, he holds both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. He is responsible for financial analysis across every transaction in the firm’s underwriting pipeline, playing a foundational role in Phoenix Capital’s ability to evaluate opportunities with precision and present institutional investors with reliable, decision-ready financial packages.

Marty brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting engagements. As an independent consultant, he has supported clients through full transaction cycles, including preparing businesses for sale to private equity investors, conducting post-close dispute and settlement analyses, and performing financial due diligence (FDD). He began his career at the “Big Four” accounting and advisory firms before joining Alvarez & Marsal in New York City, where he worked within the Transaction Advisory Group.
